Upgrade or nah?

Right now i have:

6600k, rx480 devil, 3 case fans, 1 cd/dvd RW, 1 hard disk, i guess thats all that draws power mainly, will 500 W(3 yrs old) be enough for now and since im planing to upgrade to 2nd rx 480 later on, which psu should i aim at

That PSU you linked looks like an explosive. There's a PSU tier list in my signature, pick anything from tiers 1 to 3 on that list, and I think 650-750W should suffice for a dual 480 build. However, I wouldn't go and buy another 480 right now, and I'd say to wait for Vega to appear and see how much better it is.
