pc for 1400$ CAD

Hello, i want a pc for 1400$ CAD maximum.

1- I dont want a AMD cpu and GPU

2- I dont need a keyboard/mouse

3- I want the Corsair air 540 (black) only !!!!!!!!!!!!

4- I need a monitor, 144hz minimum (benQ or Asus only !!!!!)

5- I need 32 gb of ram max.

7- I dont need a cpu cooler, the intel heat sink is great for me

8- I dont want a water cooling cpu cooler !!!!!!

9- I dont want a motherboard with a killer network this is the worst thing on the planet !!!!!!

10- Gigabyte for motherboard I dont like sorry.

I went 27 bucks over the budget, but I think you're better for it. Note that it's almost impossible to run every triple-A game maxed out at 1080p 144Hz at your budget- You'll have to turn down settings for more intensive games like Rise of the Tomb Raider or The Witcher 3 to get a locked 144Hz.

• You still need a Windows Key. You didn't mention it in a very specific list, so I assume you already have one. If not, they're cheap on Kinguin.com
• You don't need 32GB of RAM. 16 is already more than enough.
• AMD's RX 480 8GB might actually better value than the 1060 6GB, as it's cheaper and has closed the gap with the GTX 1060 since launch. AMD is just better with its drivers, and the card might just surpass the 1060 soon if this continues. The GTX 1060 had an approximate 12% lead over the RX 480 at launch. That lead is now only 2%.
