i can't fix it

so i have a problem where my disk storage reach 100% and won't come down and the heaviest load on it was the system, i've tried to disabled something, edited the virtual ram thing, restart my pc and it still doesn't fix it. it's very annoying since all my games will go like 60-60-60-60-0-60-60 and i still have 79GB on C. oh plus i got some random popup sometimes when i click on web for some reason, i tried using avg since i'm very terrible on software things. thanks

Use malwarebytes to check for viruses and whats your hdd model/space?

I got 1TB but it's a laptop, so.. yeah..

Sorry to spoil it, but that is best way to fix this. If you don't know which software is causing high disk usage, its better to start fresh.
