They're a decent PSU. Tier 3 on the tier list if I'm not wrong. I bought one for my brother when my old Green Unit CX 600 started turning off from ambient temps

To answer that question, what will it be powering? Can you provide a link to stores that you can buy from? More than likely, you would indeed be good going with it, but it may not necessary be your best option for your money.

The Corsair CX550M may be a good option that is priced more affordably.

https://www.centro.hr/corsair-builder-series-cx550m-modular-power-supply-eu-version.aspx

The Seasonic M12II Evo does offer a better fan and full modularity, while the Corsair is based on a more modern DC-DC design which will offer better electrical performance and compliant to the latest ATX12V 2.4 standard. Personally, I would go for the Corsair because of that.

If it's powering the system in your signature, both units will not have any trouble doing so.

Absolutely. With ease.

Here's a benchmark. http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/zardon/sapphire-rx-480-nitro-oc-4gb-8gb-review/30/

System power draw with an 6600k OCed to 4.4GHz: 282wAC at the wall

Taking into account the efficiency of the power supply, that translate around 262wDC during gaming load.
