Does PSU affect audio?

Does having a good PSU affect sound cards? I know that ground loops can cause buzzing, but does the PSU contribute anything?

Nope there is lots of filtering on the board so the pay won't make a difference

Are you sure? Having unstable power should to have SOME effect on the sound...

There is lots of power regulations on that will get rid of all the noise  the power has to be converted again on the board

That is disproved by grounding loops.

A ground loop is a different problem than bad power regulation.

It has to be REALLY unstable power, like to the point where it can damage stuff. Just buy a nice, name brand PSU that has good ratings on Amazon.

Yes, bad psus can interefere with things like sound cards.
