Will this Ethernet card work?

YugaFGT

recently my on board ethernet stopped working and so i brought a cheap pci ethernet card and i found out that it only supported 10mbps-full duplex whereas i want a card that supports 100mbps-full duplex so i found this one http://www.flipkart.com/d-link-dge-528t-32-bit-10-100-1000base-t-pci-adapter-network-nic/p/itmd4hfzz2h4sx44?pid=NICD4HFZ844TZMQB&ref=8873137d-1538-47ae-8242-4bb4e1b8174f

and this one http://www.flipkart.com/d-link-dfe-520tx-network-nic/p/itmdffymscrjngwz?pid=NICDFFYFVXJX4M9W&icmpid=reco_pp_same_network_nic_1

which one should i get because there's quite a big difference in their prices.
