What games?

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

1060 6GB or maybe a 1070, but thats just a maybe. Your better off with a 1060 but you could also overclock to maybe get better performance. You'll be bottlenecked with a 1070 still.

Overwatch, League of Legends, Tera, Fractured Space. These should be the main games.

Won't the i5 750 at stock speed bottleneck such a new gpu?

Budget unknown but best if its not that expensive. My PSU is 550W with a 6 pin and 2+6 pin connector.

Nah I wouldn't go for a 1070 at all. that CPU is really old. much slower than a modern i5

RX 470 is the best choice IMO

Almost everyone here is recommending the 1060 6GB

that's a great card, and it would work great, but the RX 470 is only about 15% lower in performance, and can be had for a blisteringly cheap $149.99 USD

that's a cheaper alternative for @Kiritium if he wants

Maybe a little bit but not by much? You could still overclock to try and get rid of the bottleneck.
