I have a computer that is approx 2 years old now, and it's being really weird. Whenever I start up a game, watch youtube, or even give Facebook a little visit it start making a lot of noise and then suddenly after 5 minutes my computer just shuts off, any ideas what this could be?

Almost certainly a heating issue. The noise your most likely hearing is the fans spinning up higher, trying to cool your CPU or GPU. Download GPU Temp and CORE Temp, both are free monitoring systems that allow you to monitor how hot your gpu and cpu are getting. If the temps get really high before the system shuts down to protect itself, you will have your answer. If not it could then be a power issues, but my money is on it being a heating issue.

I would rather agree on what we share, than fight on what we don't. - Myself

Agreed

if the temps are too hot:

Clean out dust from the PC. it can legitimately be a cause of overheating and shutdown.

replace your CPU fan as it may be broken/dying
