BSOD after Sleep Mode

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my rig. On random occasions, I put my PC into sleep mode and when I start it again, it can happen that everything works like it did before, but quite often, it works for 2mins and then gives a BSOD. Very rarely, it doesn't start at all. What causes this? Everything else works just fine, it's only sleep mode.

I'm running Win 10, rest of my rig is in the sig.

Note: Last BSOD was yesterday, event-ID is 1001, error code: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff80fb82fc59f, 0x0000000000000000,

0x0000000000000014). Few seconds before that was a critical event: kernel power (event id 41). This error seems to occur before any other bluescreen.

would like to have a permanent solution. The PC does not go to sleep on its own, I just say he should go to sleep.

have you tried this solution or do you want a different fix.
