OBS question

I have pc that has

I5 6500

Ripjaws v 16gb ddr4(2×8)

Gtx 1060 6gb gigabyte

Gigabyte b150m ds3h mobo

Crucial mx300 ssd

Cx450m psu

Wd 1 hdd

This is basically my pc spec. And I was trying to record my raimbow six seige gameplay at 30 fps 1080p. And when I look at my footage, it is lagging like video is basically frozen. What settings should I use? I'm playing raimbow six seige at 1080p high settings

You can use your iGPU to record with no performance hit.

Just google "How to record with OBS using Intel QuickSync".

 

Or just use ShadowPlay.

and to elaborate on this you can use the shadowplay encoder from your gpu with OBS, you just have to choose it in the settings.
