Would you rather take rx 480 nitro 4gb or rx 470 msi gaming 8gb? rx 470 is 20$ more expensive? or maybe gtx 1060 3gb? 

resolution is 1080p

Get a GTX 1060 3GB, it costs just as much as a RX 470 and constantly outperforms the RX 480 (In DX11 of course)

There's nothing wrong with it. It just doesn't make sense if it's the same price as a 480 with a good cooler. If it were a gigabyte g1 or reference 480, I would have told you to go with the 470.
