are you saying you don't get any sound when your headphones are plugged in?

No,i want to use the SupremeFX Hi-Fi and Just the Hi-Fi no sound

Maybe it might be the ports are damaged? Try going to the control panel, then to hardware and sound, then sound. You should see something called manage audio devices. Set your headphones as the default and that should fix your problem maybe idk

Nothing happens

I've done a little digging online and come up with no solutions; however, this seems to be a known driver issue with this unit under windows 10. I would expect windows 8.1 to be better, but wth.

I would try to downgrade the drivers for that unit if you can, and open a ticket with Asus support.

I get that.

My first suggestion is to downgrade the SupremeFX DRIVERS if and only if older versions are available. I don't know if that is the case.

I also suggest opening a support ticket with Asus.
