Hi everyone,

I'm new at watercooling, i have an i5 4690k and want to overclock it properly.

My mobo is asrock z97 Extreme 4,  corsair 200R windowed case and  DDR3 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1.5V CL9 (4x4GB).

I'm from italy, and i was looking for a all in One liquid cooling, don't know which brand and model, with a budget between 100/130€.

Planning to put it on the top of the case with 2 fans, which are yours advice? Can u tell me a good thermal paste model?(max 15€)

Also, probably in the future(1 or 2 years) i Will upgrade the cpu(7th generetion?). So if i'm going to get a cpu cooler now, are they going (the brand) to create new adapter for the newer future cpu socket? Is It ever happend in the past?

Corsair H100i v2 is a good option.

The cpu cooler will fit on newer motherboards unless intel or amd changes their mounting system, which they haven't done in years. So it's very likely you can use the cooler in a future build.

Ty.

That's the difference between Corsair Hydro H100i CW-9060025-WW and H110i CW-9060026-WW? the 26 cost 6 € more..

and about thermal paste? Is better leave the stock paste or change It with a better One?

Everytime you reinstall a cpu cooler, gpu cooler or whatever. Remove the old thermal paste and apply new one. The H100i will come with thermal paste pre-applied iirc so you just need to remove the old one on the cpu.

The H110i is the bigger brother of the H100i and sadly won't fit.

You can only fit up to a 240mm rad in the top, that's the size the h100i rad has.

The h110i has a 280mm rad so it's too big.

You can always get some arctic silver 5 if you want to, but the pre-applied one is good enough.

Switching to silver 5 might give you a 1-3°C drop in temps, not much but it's always good to have some spare thermal paste around.

Nice..i'm getting this for change my noctua nh u9b, is It worth for a good overclocking?

Umm, you will get better temps but because you already have a decent noctua, the performance difference between it and the H100i might be smaller than you expect.
