They usually go on sale on Amazon for 85$. But im pretty sure the only difference between clouds and cloud II's is virtual 7.1 surround. I honestly say that 5$ over budget is worth Cloud II's

I would recommend the Bayer Dynamic DT 770 Pro's, however they don't have a mic. :/

I just got a pair of the Corsair void RGB headset ($80 US) and they're pretty comfortable.  I wore them for 5-6 hours straight with no complaints.  Sound quality is decent.  Haven't noticed any crackling or static, granted i've only had them a few days.  They seem pretty well built, but keep in mind that these are not noise canceling headphones.  Pretty solid headphones imo, and they should deliver what you're asking for at your price range.

OG Clouds or Cloud core. Pretty much the best you can get in terms of audio quality

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M
