Marginal bottleneck for thoes types of games. Won't affect much. Go for it.

In newer titles you will get the 60fps on mid/high settings at 1080p. My brother have that pc but insted of the Athlon, he has the a8 7650k that is kind of the same, with an igpu.

The 1050 Ti is not such a powerful card... It performs similarly to a 960, your CPU won't bottleneck it, with the exception of GTA V where you might see a 5% bottleneck

TL;DR You shouldn't have any major issues.

But I actually like the 860k, if you can overclock it, I would argue it's better value than either a fx-4300 or 6300

Depends on the game. In a game like GTA 5, you might run into some issue, but nothing terrible as long as you turn down appropriate settings. Other than that, that's a good budget build.
