LTT on Tapatalk

So, LTT used to work on Tapatalk a long while ago. Is it ever going to work there again? I enjoy browsing forums on my tablet, and I'd like to be able to do that here again. Is there a specific reason that it isn't supported (or is it supported, and I just don't know about it?)

I think they just focus on the web page for mobile. It does have a pretty decent mobile interface so if you just bookmark it, it won't be that much more inconvenient than using Tapatalk

That's somewhat true, but I really like that I *actually* get notifications from tapatalk when people reply, whereas I have to look a bunch at the site to see if anyone replies. Also, tapatalk generally loads a lot faster than LTT mobile does.

Yeah, it would be nice to have an app but for now, I'd rather have the people in charge of this website to focus on this website and adding features and functionality. And I could be completely wrong about this, but I think that a majority of the people on this forum use a desktop or laptop for this forum and those who use mobile are a minority. I know that this doesn't apply to mobile but for desktop, there is a chrome extension that notifies you if you get a reply.

You're definitely right. The main thing for me is that I'm curious why the support straight up went away. 

 

I definitely use LTT on my laptop fairly often, and I use the extension, which is nice when I'm on my laptop, but that's not 100% of the time...

Having the tapatalk plugin installed was causing a large number of back end issues, and the mobile version of the site should work pretty well, so Tapatalk will not be installed again for the foreseeable future.

Got it! Thanks, it's good to see a reason for it! When you guys stopped using it, it was there one day and gone the next, and I didn't see anything about why.
