Drivers not installing msi z97 krait

I had to switch out my old motherboard for an msi z97 krait, it's not detecting my network or my speakers, nor is it detecting my second monitor or my drawing tablet. I'm also trying to install the driver disk but it hangs up at 97% on the first driver and stops reading the disk. I've tried calling customer support and was put on hold for a half hour, not sure what to do.

Did you go to MSI website and download drivers for your specific motherboard from there?
