Filter out youtube suggestions?

Is there a way to filter out certain youtube suggestions? 

I have never clicked on a twitch stream fail, and it's basically suggestive porn that I am not interested in watching, but every other video suggested is a twitch fail compilation, and other random clickbait or buzzfeed like videos. I'm sure you see this stuff too, so I'm curious if there is a way to do so.

Has it worked for you? I used to click not interested in every leafyishere video that showed up, and the same ones would pop up again and again.

Yeah just keep clicking the X'es. Youtube doesn't have a way to further filter suggestions sadly, unless you turn off your watching history

Yeah, after about a week of clicking 'x's it started to stop giving me those suggestions and gave me different ones to ignore.

thanks. I'll try that. Is there any other method of filtering content I don't wish to see? perhaps by tags or some other method?

There are browser pluggins that. Let you hide channels you choose, but you can't hide a type of video with it.

 

You can also go through the YouTube watch log and remove the videos that makes YouTube suggest it to you.
