How do I hack a computer?

I am not trying to do anything illegal, I just want to access it and it's my dads laptop.

His dad would and under US laws, he could face jail time for doing as such.

So what you do is you get yourself an axe or a hatchet, grip it tightly in your hand, raise your hand into the air, and then bring it down onto the computer as viciously and repetitively as you can until you've finished hacking it.

See it's my dad laptop but he doesn't use it, he keeps it at home locked with a password cause he gets a better laptop at work for work.

I just want to play video games but he won't let me, he only lets me play for 10minutes under his supervision

The real solution is for you to show responsibility to win over your parents' trust and to earn yourself their approval to play games on a device (possibly even getting your own device). The way you're trying to bypass their restrictions only shows that you're not ready and that your priorities in life probably are full of immature things.

Lots of things are illegal, speeding is illegal, driving through a pedestrian crossing while they are still in it and not on the curb is illegal.
