X99 Extreme4 Red Light

Last night I had suspected that one of my ram sticks wasn't working. I had a look in the bios and got distracted and ended up overclocking my CPU to 4.2. I then shutdown Took one stick out and tried rebooting and then got a red light on the mobo and no display. Couldn't post. I tried doing a cmos jumper reset. It's very possible I was doing it wrong. But after I tried that a couple times it continued to fail. I'm kind of stuck right now. I googled around and tried a few things I saw but nothing has workered. Any suggestions?

The correct procedure for resetting your CMOS will be in the manual. Pro tip: download the .pdf on the manufacturer's website. The paper version doesn't support CTRL+F.
