Completely Custom Dell Inspiron 530

VALCISAW

The case is the only thing standard about this build however it has a total of 3 green led fans on it one at the back and 2 on the side panel for cooling, and the whole thing is custom painted mat black with a custom nvidia design window in the side panel the front of the case has a dead space kid of look to it in that there are multiple lines going straight across the front Makes more sense if you look at the pictures

Hardware includes:

.Nvidia GTX 770 4GB Jetstream by palit

.Asrock B75 PRO3-M Motherboard

.Intel Pentium Dual core 3.10 GHZ CPU

.Corsair CX 750W PSU

.Cooler Master Hyper TX3 CPU Cooler

Im going to get the ram tomorrow and also some dremel discs to cut out the rear IO shield as it is part of the case and cannot be removed

More updates coming soon check out my channel for more https://www.youtube.com/user/VALCISAW

Any bottlenecking with the Pentium and the 770. I too have a weird setup a8 5600k with a 660 but, I am very interested to know if you really need a i5 4670k to play games with a 770

well i have tested the graphics card before with a lesser cpu and i can run crysis 3 at completely max settings at 65 FPS max witch is pretty good i think so there aren't that many bottlenecks but in games that require a lot of cpu usage it might be better to have a core i5 or somthing like that but on black ops 2 which is a game that requires quite a bit of cpu usage for those who have never played it is still really playable in max settings so im not gona upgrade the cpu just yet

thanks for the comments though more updates coming tommoro

if you're planning to buy a descend gpu, like the 770,  i don't see any good reason why you buy a mb with video output, i mean... why the hell would ya...  anyways, weird build.

that 770 looks pretty nice actually

I7 3930K @4.4 GHz  /  Asus rampage 4 formula  / 4x 8gb kingston hyperx blue low profile / gtx 980  / 2x ssd 500gb samsung 840 / 500gb 840evo ssd   /  500 GB WD blue /  windows 7 ultimate

Don't most Z77/Z87 boards have a video out anyway? Mine does, at least.

But it's definitely cool to know that the CPU doesn't seem to bottleneck the setup

that severely.

i'll admit the 770 and the pentium are a weird combination but i did it because i was on a budget of a £120 for the cpu and motherboard and you know what it works really well and now because the motherboard is lga1155 i can upgrade to a core i7 later

but in far cry 3 i get 60-70 fps at 1080p in ultra pre set

in BO2 in 1080 i get 60-100 fps in ultra pre set at 1080p

and in crysis 2 i get 60-70 fps in ultra pre sets at 1080p

basically completely max in every game i have and i am really pleased so i would strongly recommend the 770 jetstream provided you have a  2.6GHZ core 2 duo or above and 4GB  of ram
