What Should I Upgrade?

My computer is a black and green build, with the parts here. What do you think I should upgrade; CPU, or GPU? Some games will bring the CPU load to max, while others will bring the GPU load to max. What should I do?

The GPU obviously. CPU still fine for most non cpu demanding game as it is an i5

Your GPU is definitely the major upgrade here,your CPU shouldn't bottleneck any of the current GPU's.

not even a 1070 or 1080?

I would get a 1050 Ti or go with a new build overall.
