First off the specs:

(It is actually Windows 10)

Now for the issue. So one day I go to turn on my PC like normal nothing out of the ordinary and it just won't start up. It turns on for about 1/2 a second spits out one beep then turns off again just to do this over and over I'll post a video so you can clearly see what the issue is.

Does anyone have a fix for this? It's very random I didn't change anything before I did this it just happened.

I was also having this issue, and it turned out to be a bad psu in my case.

EDIT: Just saw the PSU you're using, and now realized that the PSU is probably not the issue.

Green label 750m's are actually quite old now, so it's possible it could be on its way out.

It's only at most 2 years old so as far as I know it should be fine. But I'll definitely keep this in mind

You sure you didn't mess with your computer before this ? opened the case.. moved cables around.. anything.. because that seems like a Short Circuit issue.. might be cables, Power Supply, Motherboard etc etc anything.. and it's definitely the PSU shutting down the PC..it does that when something is short circuiting
