Can I copy GTA V(paid) from another PC to My PC without buying the Game???

 

Like From a Computer Shop to My Personal Rig.

Are you using Steam?

Well yeah you can move the files all you want. Steam is no problem at all, a few files may have to be download but not much.

Non-steam can be a bit of a hassle, I had to do it few times and most of the time it works but sometimes not 100%.

If you mean so that you don't have to download the game, then yes you can just copy the files across. 

If you mean so that you don't have to pay for the game, then No you cannot, that is illegal (duh).
