2 HDD question v.v I forgot

Hello,.....urm uh um well I built a pc for my mom and put her old pc hdd into the new one so now her new pc has 2 hdd both hooked up but onlu showing the old hdd which has the os how do I make it show the new hdd so she can download crap onto it? I forgot how to do it :,(
