The 650x is out of stock, should be 129.99 after a rebate. they have the 750x for 149.99 after rebates though. (RMx)

The CX750 is based on the PUQ-B platform, which is a good mid-range platform from CWT. While the component selection may not be the best, you don't need to replaced it especially if you have no issue with it.

A CX750 is completely fine for a GTX 960. No need to replace it.

im switching to a brand new 6600k, ignore my sig, those parts were sold. And a new motherboard with DDR4 memory and a H60 water cooler.

Those changes doesn't affect the fact that the CX750 is still fully capable of powering your system.

Well, that's a pretty large premium you are going to pay by going from a working PSU to another working but modular PSU.
