i7-5820k - Help for Overclock

Hello awesome people of LinusTechTips i decided to overclock my CPU and GPU, but first CPU.

I have no idea how to do it, can you please guide me what exatcly to do.

Is there any program that can do it automaticly for me, also what is this ''stress test'' ?

I dont want ''extreme'' or over the limits overclock just averange one to be safe, if you know what i mean.

I decided to overclock because i feel like x61 is waste if i dont. If you have any question feel free to ask i try to be really active for next hours.
