MSI GTX970 Backplates?

I've had an MSI Gtx970 Twin Frozr for about a year now, and I'm feeling the itch to modify the theme of my build quite a lot.  Where can I get backplates from, or even one for this card specifically?  I'm looking for something reflective, like a mirror backplate.  To make the case seem as if it has more depth inside (so you see the ram go WAY down haha

It's really easy to make a backplate - just measure your card, get a surface you wish to put on top and cut to size, and you're done. My friend utilized the laser cutter at school, some acrylic and a design in Adobe Illustrator to make an awesome looking backplate to go along with his white build.

I think the most shops, that sell those (not waterblock ones) are chinese.

 

But wouldn´t it be possible to make one yourself?

DIY Backplate tutorials should exist. Use google and you will find them.

As said you can make one fairly easily with acrylic and wrap it in mirrored vinyl but as for something you could directly purchase check out Cold Zero they specialize in those sorts of things.

I'm 3D printing mine. It's fairly easy to do unless you want the backplate to act as a heat spreader

As of January our partner (Custom Acrylics LTD) will be making custom backplates for all PCI cards (GPU's, Sound Cards, etc..), as well as other case parts and non-computer related stuff.
