im only a few weeks of having my pc that i have been saving up for and i was wondering because my motherboard is cheaper than my other components will it bottleneck them?

MSI gtx 1060 gaming X 6gb

i5 6500

16gb ddr4 

the motherboard im worried about is the msi h110m gaming motherboard

No motherboard is the least thing you should worry as it does not provide any improvement to other components

Eh, it can. Have to be very specific about it though and it usually is only a probably with older motherboards or when you start connecting multiple Drives, GPUs, ect to the motherboard.

It's gonna be fine :) As long as it has all the features you desire it won't cause any problems or bottlenecks.
