What power supply do you have?  What are the temps like?  Does it happen often?

I dont know the name of it but it is 500w 80 bronze. The temp is normal but after pc crashed I lookad at my cpu temp and it was 58 C for a second and then went back to 47 C

So your PC crashed then you booted it back up straight away and the temps were that high?  What is your CPU cooler?

yes and I have a regular cpu cooler

Seems like it overheated and shut down.  Try get a cheap aftermarket cooler like the Hyper 212

58 deg C. on that CPU is perfectly fine, and considering it's an Ivy Bridge, it'll get warm on its standard Intel stock cooler. Also, factory OC on a GPU is meaningless--they are factory clocked because it's a guaranteed OC that won't cause overheating or crashes.

Let's begin with the basics, since a lot of people are already jumping the gun on hardware prior to determining if there is any software issues...

A few questions:

1. What were you doing where the PC crashed, playing a game, rendering graphics, typing on MS Word? The more detailed the better.

2. How long has this problem been going on?

3. Have you installed any new software/Windows Update/drivers recently? This applies to Windows auto-updates.

4. What virus scanner are you running?

5. What version of NVIDIA's graphics driver are you running (check in Control Panel/Programs/NVIDIA).

That PSU might be little too low wattage but don't quote me on that. I'm not really sure about those things anymore :/ One thing might be HDD going bad. Run some Disk health check or try completely reinstall to different hdd. I've had problem with hdd going bad that it just freezes, no sound just last frame.

For the hardware he has, 500 watts is more than what he will need.

1st thing that jumps at me is the fact that you're using Microsoft Security Essentials and Norton. Are you running them both as active malware protection? If so, disable one, and by one I mean Microsoft Security Essentials. If you can just completely uninstall it as it's a terrible anti-virus solution.

You can't say it's a hardware issue just by looking at temp and an unspecified level of FPS. 62C at gaming load is perfectly fine, so that's not the problem, how low are we talking about graphics card wise? Also, have you considered running a graphics stability test like Kombustor? If you see artifacts (like the graphics is tearing up) or it shuts down while it's testing it (granted it stays below 88deg. Celcius) then you may have an actual GPU problem.

That being said, a quick search showed me that you're not the only one with FPS issues in CS:GO: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3036318

How low are your FPS when playing fullscreen?

How low are your FPS when playing fullscreen?

I will uninstall the MSE asap and I have McAfee security scan plus too.

Ill run the graphics stability test soon.I have seen alot of artifacts when I leave the computer and go to eat or something and when I come back the whole screen is tearing up like crazy so I have to restart my computer and then it is fine again.

There are alot of people with low fps in CS:GO and they think it is due to an update that Valve did to the game.(not sure thats the case)

My fps is 80-200 in-game(rarely 200, 80 rarely, it usually stays 100-150)

And I found out that my ram is @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24) on the ram box it says it should be @ 1333MHz
