97 or 99 I guess is the recommended amount, but 70 will do fine. If you need to clean it immediately and you don't have any, acetone should work. (Worked for me)

I use 99%

Where do you buy yours from?  I've been looking for some recently but haven't been very successful.

Ive always wondered if that would work to be honest.

70 is fine too. You should wipe the heatsink and CPU a little more though since it's not as concentrated.
