MSI BIOS shows different CPU voltage than CPU-Z or MSI Control Center

So i have overclocked my AMD FX-8320 to 4.3GHz and I would like to go over that. But I have a problem. My MSI BIOS shows different CPU voltage than CPU-Z (Screenshot).

My Setup:

AMD FX-8320 4.3GHz

MSI 990FXA-GD65

If the temps stay wrong,  I'd almost venture to say you're having hardware or software issues.  if try to make sure your BIOS and chipsets are all updated. That's really weird. Are you seeing voltages in BIOS or a 3rd party software in the OS?

Have you disables all of the power saving or AMD stability settings?

Yes I have. I reset the cmos and that didn´t fix the problem either.
