Wasn't sure where to post this, but as part of a class assignment we need to get people to review our site design, it's only a basic design so bare that in mind, but i'd appreciate if people could help me out here, this is the design.

Obviously there is no actual stuff on there yet, nor is there a logo, as this is just a design stage to show what it could look like, the nav bar will have a drop down on the hardware section but it isn't a very 'interactive' site after that.

Based on the design alone, i'd be greatfull if people could answer the survey (only 4 questions)

Thankyou in advance to anyone who does this :)

It doesn't follow many recent website design trends but it doesn't look inherently bad by any stretch of the imagination.

And yes, I will fill out the survey :).

I answered the survey, I'd like to note that I really like the night sky starry feeling and the simplistic of it, I am not a fan of bright colours nor flashing stuff, especially because the more time you spend in front of a screen the more smooth colour schemes you want heheh. so at least to me the design so far seems really nice.

Highly agree with @Princess Cadence. I see you have a basket as well. Which means you can purchase stuff. With that background. I would not really trust the website. It looks a bit amateurish.

Not trying to bash the website, I'm trying to help :)

Maybe take a look at websites you like yourself. Don't copy all of it but you can mimic some stuff.

Background and colours fine, large cutoff areas that don't flow definitely not. I would suggest removing the boxes completely and have the content float in space (pun intended).
