Posted November 29, 2016 Hate to give a roundabout answer but it depends on what your looking for and what model of each. They both have different models with and without tempered glass and other features. Posted November 29, 2016 I prefer the looks of the evolv. Personally, I never really liked the looks of the luxe but both are good cases. Posted November 29, 2016 As someone who has owned both (moved my system from the Luxe to the Evolv late last year), I would say that it is all up to your personal preference and needs. I find the design of the Evolv much more appealing, but the airflow is far more restrictive. The Luxe also natively allows for far more storage options. I would rather agree on what we share, than fight on what we don't. - Myself FULL PC SPECS ON PROFILE https://linustechtips.com/main/profile/454099-thinkfreely/ Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/698967-which-case-is-better-phanteks-cases/#findComment-8940753 Share on other sites
 Posted December 17, 2016 I recently got rid of an Evolv ATX TG, and it was one of the most beautiful cases I'd ever owned, and excellent to work in. The 909 is a fantastic case from what I've seen. I previously owned the ITX version, which is the 901. The craftsmanship was just as nice as the Evolv ATX TG. Perhaps a little bit nicer, as the interior is powder coat. But on the 901, the powdercoat was a bit thin and easy to scratch. If you need to often access your rear I/O, the 900 series from In Win can be a bit of a hassle, as you need to remove the back plate. But that issue is easily solvable with a USB hub. I considered doing a build in the 909 for some time, but, I like to fill a case, and I simply don't have enough storage requirements to fill the five or so SSD mounts and four HDD mounts.
