ok so im gonna buy the 1050ti. am I right in thinking it doesnt require power? or?

Most likely, is the motherboard built after 2013, and is the PSU over 350-400 Watts?

yes, just replace your existing one with the 1050ti and it will work. You might need adaptors for the monitors or might have to connect them in a different way but that shouldn't be a problem

i think one monitor is connected with the blue thing, and one hdmi? idk

Im not quite an expert on PSUs, but I think these are decent PSUs that are also cheap. You are not going to be using the PCIe connectorst too. Here are my suggestions:

No, those ones should be able to power anything.
