Foam in case?

Hi all,

Do I was just curious if anyone has seen a person put one of those goals in their case that minimize the sound (what are they called again lol) ? If you put that kind of foam firstly, will it affect any of your internals if you have a big enough case and will it make a difference on the overall noise of your case? Thanks.

I have the P400S and the loudest part of my computer is the rear exhaust fan
