Advice on GPU selection

So far i'm running with a potato GT 220 in this system and since the holidays are around the corner i want to make an upgrade. I'm living in East Europe and here we dont see cheap component but my budget for the GPU Is around 150-180 Euro. Was looking into GTX 950 i believe but some tech support guy offered me a GTX 660ti for around 100 Euro. It's his own card from what i understand. Should i get that or looking for something "new" and with warranty? I play in general games like LoL, WoW, World of Tanks, War Thunder, Eve Online. What should i get in that price range?

100 euro for a GTX 660TI is a ripoff. it may be good for the games you play but its overpriced as hell

What's the cpu ?

Considering that the gt220 is quite old, the cpu might not be strong enough

 

Edit: just saw the cpu post

It's better to get a new pc from scratch since the cpu is quite old or you could get lga771 xeons and get at most a gtx1060

Nvm my suggestion for the rx 460. 

You're better off buying a used PC someone doesn't want anymore. look for ones sporting 750ti s (or r7 370s) and i3s / am3 FX processors 

I think that's possibly the best you can get for 150 - 200 euros

Was reading the reviews about the

GIGABYTE Radeon™ RX 460

 

and people complaining that it doesnt perform well and it makes blue red artifacts and such aka driver issues
