Help with Copying a raid 1 array

I recently purchased an Intel 600p 512gb nvme m.2. . My OS and programs are currently stored on a raid 1 array consisting of 2 Trion 150 240gb SSD's. I want to copy my OS and program to the m.2 drive. And use the 2 drive for data storage. I was wondering if i need to be worried due to the fact I'm copying from a raid. And if Acronis can accomplish this.

Clone the raid to the new ssd with macrum reflect or dd.

 

Then boot from the new ssd and your good.

 

The raid won't affect this.

so do not use Acronis True Image 2017? I have a one year license.

Actinic will work fine, but there is lots of software that can do that.
