Is this a Overvolt or Overclock problem?

Just go back to stock, then push it slightly less, but keep your overvolt. 

If it still crashes, then it's your voltage. 

If it didn't, then it's your OC.

Ok, I have a sapphire boost hd 7950, and after looking for stable good overclocks for the specific model card I have, 1100 core, 1400mem, 1200mv, and +20 powerlimit, it works.

 

Or well, atleast for the first 2-10 minutes, than screen's frozen and pc's unresponsive, therefor needing to hard-shutdown. (holding power button till off)

 

I was wondering if this is an overclock or an overvolt problem, (note, I'm a okay overclocker, just an extremely new overvolter)

well voltage dosent really crash GPUs AFAIK so i would say its the OC

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
