u want a smartphone

ure under extremely strict budget

but want it to be functional, not a random fake chinese knockoff that stops working in a week.

Note: if ure gonna buy a very cheap smartphone, watch out for brands like BLU, Quifeng, or DualSim Phones i find them hard to trust.

but brands like HTC, samsung will have some old phones on there for that price. 

 

These weren't even hard to find, just typed in "smartphone" on ebay, and changed price range. 

Also with Ebay, make sure to read description and look at seller reputation before u buy.

Alcatel is like a tier 2 phone company. (in a scenario where samsung/Apple/HTC/LG/Motorola are Tier 1) and Blu is tier 3
