Best 23-24inch 1080p monitor in the market at the moment

looking for 144hz. low input lag, IPS panel

my budget is about $422 usd

No IPS 1080p monitors at 144Hz, but https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BV1XBEI/ is a good choice.

It's the one I'm (hopefully) gonna get. The only thing is that it doesn't have gsync or freesync.

Like he said, no IPS for that price point.

 

But i'd get something like the Benq XL2420G that supports gsync, is 144hz and has a nice set of features.

I'm on a simular display (xl2411t) and ofc the colours and viewing angles are not as nice as on my 34" IPS BUT it's okay for gaming.

i cant get a 23-24inch monitor at 144hz+ IPS panel? with my budget ?

is there any monitors u recommend, i can spend more but i really do want 144hz+ ips panel 1080p

Not really, no.

IPS is slower than TN which is why it's not used in gaming monitors.

Only IPS 144Hz are 1440, and they cost a lot

You can't get it at any budget, they don't exist. The only 144 Hz IPS monitors are 2560×1440.
