I am planning on running a loop with 3 blocks, and 4 radiators, 3 360 rads and 1 480 rad, is a single Performance Pcs Modded D5 Uber 665 enough for a loop like that?

I would say that is a little overkill on the rads even if you are overdoing it for dead silence at full load, but yes that unit assuming this here, being a dual pump would be more than enough for all of that.

Depending on the RADs and Blocks, I may suggest a D5 Strong or an alphacool VPP755 (it's not a D5, but pretty much the same size and outperforms D5's in terms of flow, pressure, and acoustics. You'll have to be careful with the pump tops tho, only some D5 tops are supported, and alphacool has their own dedicated VPP775 top.
