Your cpu is lacking a little, but shouldn't be an issue. Your psu is fine. Asus strix, Gigabyte extreme, or the msi gaming x/z. All really solid.

@M4lolli, can you find a ZOTAC GTX 1070 Amp! Edition? If you can, get that. Very nice carbon design cooler and striking RGB lighting. :)

It's still a pretty dam good chip (still top ten in single core) I wouldn't worry about its performance, but yes you can overclock it check out some guides on overclockers.net

Silent build - You know your pc is too loud when the deaf complain. Windows 98 gaming build, smells like beige

i found zotac and asus strix but they are out of budget. The msi x seems nice but the Z is too expensive. Checking clock/memory speed maybe the gigabyte xtreme is the best under 500€. am i right?

They're all basically the same. Comes down to if you have a color preference or not. They all come with rgb.

Could you give the link to the site you are searching GPUs for? It will help with your decision. :)

On paper, the best GTX 1070 seems to be the Palit GameRock Premium (ugly as hell though), it has the same base and boost clock as the Gigabyte Xtreme however the former didn't mention their base and boost clock on their oc mode (assuming they have one) but with that aside, the only difference between the two is palit's higher memory clock. But as I've searched on amazon.it, they don't seem to have one.

@M4lolli, here are 2 Gigabyte GPUs that are under your 500 EUR budget:
1. Gigabyte GTX 1070 Windforce OC 8GB GDDR5 (440.24 EUR)
2. Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming 8GB GDDR5 (452.23 EUR)

It's mostly an asian brand, it's way cheaper here in the Philippines (and other neighboring countries I would assume), a 1080 GameRock Premium is around $60 cheaper than a 1080 Xtreme Gaming.
