X99 sabertooth second gpu install Hang

Hello,

Just bought and installed a 1050ti into my 5960x workstation. The idea being that it'd sit in under the titan and be used as a monitor card whilst leaving the titan for rendering.
Anyway, installed it ok, booted fine right after install. Windows automatically grabbed some drivers for it. Had to restart for it to take effect.
Now I appear to be stuck on the little ASUS spinning dot ring thing. The cursor is visible there and I can move it but it appears to hanging. No amount of ctrl alt del'ing seems to do anything. Can get into the bios just fine on restart.
Still hangs even after uninstalling the 1050ti.

Any advice would be quite shiny.

This won't speed stuff up, but to ones own liking

Can you boot into safe Mode and remove the nvidia drivers and install them again.

Indeed, the idea isn't to speed anything up.
Its to relieve the titan of any monitor duties. That way I can render on the titan in Blender and have the 1050ti for my monitors.
Ok, safe mode it is. Will report back. Thanks

Crisis averted. Both cards functioning as intended.

Just to be clear - the problem was that when rendering in say Blender's Cycles engine the pc would either stagger or become largely unresponsive(especially with video). This is quite normal for 3d rendering.
The solution is running all your monitors off another card(not in SLI) so you can continue doing stuff whilst rendering.
