what water cooling should i get. im trying to stay as cheap as possible

I'd recommend a dual rad, but you are trying to be cheap. How about the Corsair Hydro H55? How much is it in your area?

Because thats probably the common interpratation? Most people would just think your recommending one not saying the other is bad

Directing away from something is not a sign? I guess that saying "Enemy spotted to your direct left" means you should keep firing at your main target?

Well if you change targets the other person could do that. first I would quickly assess the danger level and attack accordingly or move to a better position
