How do reinstall windows?

So I made a thread earlier of how I got a virus and stuff from torrenting 

 

At this point I pretty much have to re-install windows because i fked up my computer pretty bad.

I am creating a windows thing to usb on mah laptop but how do I install and wipe all the computer drives?

In the Windows Installer, you can delete your partitions and re-create them.
