What's up guys! I am new to PC I'd like to get a pc powerful enouogh to run games at 4k SMOOTHLY even the most demanding ..money not really an issue!!! can someone make me a part list ???I have monitor no peripherals..Also would black friday b the best time to get them or wait for cyber monday??

This is the best I can find, 1 GTX 1080 should be fine, If you want to do Ultra 4K +60FPS for newer titles your going to either buy a Titan X (Pascal) $1200 or 2 GTX 1080s. What games do you plan to play?

 

EDIT: I would also wait for the 1080Ti as it will have similar performance as the Titan X (Pascal)

With your budget I'd do something like this.

Most other builds being listed here are absolute over kill and more of a fantasy than a reality.
