144Hz Freesync 24" or 60Hz Freesync 27"

Black friday and such, just noticed two goodies, both seem awesome. 27" is 5% cheaper, so price doesn't really matter.

Samsung LC27F396F 27" 60Hz Freesync

AOC G2460PF 24" 144Hz Freesync

 

I do about as much general computing as gaming. Switching from a setup of 18" + 21", any of the screens will feel bigger.
What would you choose and why?

I'd definitely go for 144Hz 24".

 

27" is too big for 1080p IMO and I don't really get the point of a curved display unless it's very large or ultra wide.

144 Hz definitely. Even in my non competitive games, I love the high refresh rates.

I have that exact 24" monitor (i'm looking at it :p) and it's great.

144Hz is absolutely amazing, i got used to it quicker than i expected but it's just so nice to have.
