It's possible to make the outer mold out of carbon fiber + resin, but the amount of hand polishing required & waiting for the resin to dry for each layer would cost you weeks. You would also have to glue down a stem to the underside of the keycap cause you can't make a stem out of carbon fiber...unless you inserted multiple tiny layers and then CnC'd thru all of them which isn't likely.

Why would you want keycaps out of carbon fiber anyways? It would be all shiny and disgusting after a few weeks like all the other glossy keyboards, and would be easily scratched.

TBH, not worth it. I know you're trying to do an all-carbon keyboard but you have to accept the fact that too much carbon will ruin the look of what you're trying to achieve. Either keep the keycaps stock, or go for matte / semi-gloss black keycaps.

Just to build on this, If you want that sort of look maybe look into metal keycaps.
