thanks for the list! the 6500k was a typo (I love the deal from micro center but that is not an option in pc part maker so I had to add a custom part) and I already have an ssd which is why there is no ssd in the build. Thanks for the deals you came up with including the psu. Do you really think that the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB WINDFORCE OC 6G Video Card is the best option for the price (that is the question that this topic)?

Thanks,

I see. Yes, I think that GPU has the best performance to price ratio among the other GTX 1060s in PCPartPicker. The cheapest one is the ASUS GTX 1060 Dual, but I think you'll like the Gigabyte one better as it is black with red streaks as well as being shorter (will fit in very small cases). :)

This is my current concept build (my first build as well): https://pcpartpicker.com/user/ChiefRobb/saved/MJJbvK
I'm building a computer for the holidays with the main purpose of gaming. My budget goal is to say under $750, but I'm ok with going a little over, and I'm trying to take advantage of cyber Monday and Black Friday deals. I keep going back and forth between a few graphics cards that are around $260. It would be amazing if I could get your input/suggestions on my build and a good graphics card, if not the current EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC GAMING I have in the build.
Thanks,
     ChiefRobb
P.S. Currently the other contender in my mind is the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 6G (https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GeForce-1060-WINDFORCE-GV-N1060WF2OC-6GD/dp/B01JNUO6BG?tag=bestgpus-20)

@ChiefRobb, its best not to get single-fan GPUs, as the single fan will need to work harder which will result in a shorter fan lifespan as well as noisiness when it gets old. I'm currently putting together a list of parts for you. :)

My Daily Driver:

Acer Predator Helios 300
»« Intel Core i5-8300H »« 16GB DDR4 RAM »« NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB »« Silicon Power A60 512 GB M.2 SSD »«
Toshiba PC L200 1 TB HDD »« Microsoft Windows 10 Home »«

@ChiefRobb, here's a list of parts I picked out for you. In your list, you added the i5-6500K, which is a non-existent CPU. However, I replaced it with an i5-6500. Next, your motherboard. There really isn't much need to spend more than $10 extra on a motherboard with cool lighting effects since you're gonna hide it in the small Core V21 case anyway. So, I swapped it out with the ASUS H110M-A, a very well-known board. I also managed to squeeze in an SSD along with a 1TB HDD for pure speed and mass storage at the same time. I also put in the Gigabyte GTX 1060 Windforce OC which you stated above. I swapped out your PSU with a Corsair CX550M Semi-modular PSU and it comes with a $25 rebate, which brought it down to $30 from its $55 price tag.
